WRMJ Sports Director Jim Taylor was on hand last night at Busch Stadium when United Elementary School fifth grader Ruslan Gipson threw out the first pitch prior to the Cards-Cubs game. Ruslan has shown great courage in living his life to fullest despite the challenges of Cerebral Palsy.
