A missing Joy woman has been found safe. Mercer County Crime Stoppers put out a call Wednesday seeking information on the whereabouts of 24 year old Faith Toney. She had last been seen on Monday. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department announced Wednesday night that she had been safely located.
