Two sisters born and raised on the farm in Mercer County are sharing their wealth. The Looser-Flake Foundation has been established to benefit Mercer County, with preferred support to New Boston Township. The foundation’s assets total over $6-million. The late Dorothy Looser-Flake and Roberta Looser were long time teachers in the area and they are leaving their mark on Mercer County says Matt Mendenhall, Vice President of Programs for the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend, which is administering the Looser-Flake Foundation.

Funding opportunity applications will be available later this year. For more information you can email info@looserflakefoundation.org or click here.
