A reckless driving complaint in New Windsor leads to a weekend arrest. A vehicle was crashed outside of town, along Illinois Route 17. A short time later, Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30 year old Sabrina Fawn Gilmore of Clinton, Iowa for driving while suspended and driving under the influence of drugs. Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted at the scene by the New Windsor Fire Department and Tri-County Ambulance.
