Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies make a methamphetamine arrest in the Viola area this holiday week. 28 year old Chelsey Lira of Davenport was arrested Monday in the Viola area. She was charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver. Lira is being held in the Mercer County Jail pending her initial court appearance.
