A plea date has been scheduled for next month for an Aledo man facing criminal sexual assault charges. 20 year old Gunner Terry appeared in Mercer County Circuit Court this morning. He is charged with five Class X felony counts stemming from alleged incidents involving two children under the age of 13. Terry remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail on $250,000 bond with a plea date set for March 27th. Class X felonies are punishable by 6-to-30 years in prison upon conviction.
