Erie-Prophetstown and Mercer County weren’t mentioned as tourney favorites but the Panthers just edged the Golden Eagles for the Class 1A Rockridge Regional wrestling title. Annawan topped Wethersfield in the Lincoln Trail Conference tournament championship game while Mercer County won its 20th game of the season in taking third.
