One person is dead following a head on crash in Henderson County. The accident occurred early yesterday afternoon on U.S. 34, west of Gladstone Road. Illinois State Police say a car crossed the center line and struck a truck-tractor head-on. 75 year old Helen Crandall of Oquawka, a passenger in the car, died in the collision. An 84 year old passenger was transported to a Burlington hospital and a four year old passenger and the driver of the car were treated and released. The driver of the truck was treated at the scene.
