A Colona, Illinois man arrested following a traffic stop near New Boston. 41 year old Clint William Swan was taken into custody last night on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear. He has also been charged in Mercer County with obstructing justice. Bond has been set at $50,000 and Swan is in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
