The Mercer County Board and the union representing courthouse, highway department and sheriff’s department employees beginning labor negotiations. The process is in the initial stages says county administrative consultant Bruce DeLashmit.
The current four year pact expires on November 30th. Contract talks impact just over fifty county employees.
