A local church again providing a Free Community Thanksgiving Meal this year. It marks the third year for the free offering from the First Baptist Church of Aledo says Associate Pastor Seth Bowker.
The meal will be offered on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to Noon at the Mercer County Senior Center in Aledo. Reservations can be made at 582-7812 and limited delivery service will be available to the homebound in the Aledo area or churches outside of Aledo can also call and make arrangements to deliver to shut-ins in their area.
