The Illinois Department of Transportation announcing that the Keithsburg Road (76th Street) is closed effective immediately because of flooding. The closure is at Pope Creek, about one-quarter mile north of Keithsburg. The river is expected to keep rising until Sunday, which means the closure may last into late next week.
