The April 19th Mercer County School Board agenda includes the resignation of varsity boys basketball coach Brian Hutton. Hutton has held the position for eight seasons, since the first year of the consolidation. Prior to Mercer County, Hutton coached for twelve seasons at Sherrard, where he continues to teach. Sherrard is also in search for a boys basketball coach following the resignation of Mike Kelley last month.
