Henderson County authorities seeking the whereabouts of a missing teenager. 16 year old Payton Watson was reported missing on Sunday. A Henderson County Sheriff’s Department press release says the last location ping on her cell phone was in the Monmouth area. She is described as white, 5’04”, 120 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing Payton was wearing. Update: She has been located alive and well. No foul play is suspected.
