The federal case against two men arrested on child porn charges in Mercer County has been continued to next month. Pre-trial conferences for Aaron Beauchamp of Matherville and William Ashby of East Moline will be held April 5th at U.S. District Court in Rock Island. The two are charged federally with Sexual Exploitation of a Child—punishable by 15 to 30 years in prison upon conviction. The two were originally charged at the state level for incidents involving a 16-year-old juvenile last March. Beauchamp and Ashby remain in U.S. Marshals Service Custody.
