Close Voting Determines This Year’s Trees In The Park Winners

In the closest judging in contest history, the second tiebreaker had to be used in determining this year’s WRMJ’s Trees In the Park winners.  The tree decorated and sponsored by Cokel’s Welding and Auto Repair and the Yates Family was the winner.  It was judged to have the best use of the theme, Polar Express.  The third tiebreaker was needed to determine second place.  The tree sponsored and decorated by Aledo Rehab and Health Center just edged out the tree sponsored by the City of Aledo and decorated by Apollo Pre-School.    Cash prizes will be given to the winners courtesy of WRMJ.  The trees will remain up through the holiday season in Aledo’s Central Park.
