Osborn of Rock Island, 76 year old Paul D. DeWilde of Silvis, and 52 year old Laura E. Diehl of Aledo were arrested last month on controlled substance and forgery counts. The Aledo Police Department was notified by the Asset Protection Manager of Wal-Mart that the company had conducted an internal investigation over the past several months at the Aledo store and that led to the charges.
