Western Illinois Congresswoman Cheri Bustos announcing more than $2-million in federal funding for Woodhull. The money is from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development program. Specifically, the USDA is investing $1,198,000 in grants and $1,200,000 in loans for Woodhull to complete all water projects necessary to ensure the state can continue to provide its 811 residents with a sewer system that meets state environmental guidelines. The village has previously received $3.3-million in Water & Waste Disposal loans from USDA.
