An Aledo man’s sex assault case has been pushed back another month. Michael Daniels appeared for a pre-trial conference this morning in Mercer County Circuit Court and the matter was continued to November 20th. He is charged with three Class X felonies, three Class 1 felonies and four Class 2 felonies in connection with alleged incidents involving a child under the age of 13. Daniels was arrested in late May and remains free on $150,000 bond.
