A Sherrard man is facing a couple of charges after a dispute involving teenagers outside of Cable. A Mercer County Sheriff’s Department report says 44 year old Wayne Viager is accused of tailgating and intentionally striking the rear end of their vehicle with his pick-up truck. The incident occurred Sunday night. Viager has been charged with a Class 3 felony of aggravated battery and Class A misdemeanor of reckless driving. A court hearing is set for December 17th.
