A local crew will be officiating the 2A state title game on Friday afternoon. Don Hulin from Cambridge, Dave Mueller and Jon Pickering of Neponset, Al Corwin from Sheffield and Ken Wilcoxen from Walnut have been assigned to the Mercer County/Belleville Althoff match-up. It marks their second state championship assignment. They also worked the 1A title game in 2007. Pickering is retiring after Friday’s game.
