There will be a free Mercer County Golden Eagle community tailgate at the state final game on Friday. It’s being organized by the Mercer County Athletic Boosters with help from a local business and the City of Aledo says booster club president Jason Snyder.

The tailgate will be at Tent City, which is adjacent to Memorial Stadium. The City of Aledo is contributing $1,300 toward the effort.
