Illinois is losing a seat on the U.S. House Ag Committee with the defeat of 17th District Congressman Bobby Schilling. Schilling was planning to stay on the Ag Committee had he won last Tuesday. He wants to see a Farm Bill extension get done before he leaves office in early January.
