Mercer County State’s Attorney Greg McHugh hopes a nuisance complaint has been rectified. The matter involved an unauthorized ATV track in the Cable area.

Andrew Hoschstetler was one of about 20 residents complaining about the noise at a county board meeting last spring.

The fines were handed down to property owners Jeff Walsh and Vicki Hedger. They were charged in June following the complaints to the Mercer County Board.
