An ice skating rink is coming to Aledo this winter. The Aledo City Council approved the Aledo Main Street idea last night. Main Street executive director Pam Myers.

The ice skating rink would be open December through March. Myers says she got the idea from the Genoa Main Street program in northern Illinois.
