State Representative Martin Moylan

Hazing allegations at an Illinois high school have inspired a bill at the statehouse. State Representative Martin Moylan of Des Plaines is sponsoring a bill that would allow prosecutors to charge someone with hazing if that person knew about hazing but failed to report it.
