Local State Representative Don Moffitt tells WRMJ he will not support gay marriage legislation should it reach the Illinois House floor. The measure has already passed the Illinois Senate.

Local State Senator Darin LaHood voted against the measure in the State Senate, meaning both of Mercer County’s representatives in the Illinois General Assembly are on record being against gay marriage.
