Thompson Named To Illinois Sheriff’s Association Leadership Post

Mercer County Sheriff Tom Thompson has been named to the Executive Committee of the Illinois Sheriff’s Association. Thompson was sworn in to the position earlier this week at the Winter Sheriff’s Conference in Springfield. The Illinois Sheriff’s Association was formed in 1928 and all 102 Sheriff’s in the state of Illinois are members.
