A new resource is available for Mercer County governments and local businesses. Kathleen Repass is the director of the Henry County Economic Development Partnership. A position that was set up through a USDA grant and will serve Mercer, Henry and rural Rock Island Counties. She spoke with the Mercer County Board this week.
