Brady’s cousin, State Representative Dan Brady defended Pat Brady’s remarks, saying maybe it’s time for Illinois Republicans to review their platform, but LaHood questions that.

Some have called for Brady to resign, but LaHood says the state central committee is reviewing the comments and he’ll wait to see how the process plays out.
