Rock Island County authorities have released the identity of a man killed in a one vehicle crash near Andalusia earlier this week. 65-year-old Charles A. Stuebe of Illinois City died Monday night. The Rock Island County Sheriff’s Department reports he lost control of his pick-up truck in the 16500 block of 78th Avenue. Police say he was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle.
