A Quad Cities man has been arrested on criminal sexual assault charges in Mercer County. 42-year-old Loren Jasper of Moline was taken into custody over the weekend. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail on $150,000 bond. A Mercer County Sheriff’s Department report indicates that the investigation began last month as the result of information received regarding an incident that occurred several years prior. No other information has been released.
