Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies bust a large underage drinking party on New Year’s Eve. Officers responded to a loud noise complaint at 747 105th Street in Joy on Monday night. Thirty Mercer County ordinance citations were issued for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. The host of the party, 19-year-old Dylan Ridgway, was charged with unlawful consumption by a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department report, the people cited ranged from 14 to 20 years of age. No one over the age of 21 was present at the party.
