The Mercer County YMCA unveils a $4-million capital campaign for a significant expansion project. The announcement last night with $2.7 million in pledges already secured. Ground breaking is set for the spring with the project taking 12-to-14 months to complete. The Y will remain open during construction. The City of Aledo plans to contribute $176,000 to the project through TIF funds.
