A new addition is nearing completion at the Essley-Noble Museum in Aledo. Ground was broken last December for the project says Mercer County Historical Society member Ron Dillavou.
The 36-by-60 foot building is being paid for through donations and memorial gifts. Spring and summer museum hours are now in effect through October 31st for the museum—that’s 1-to-5 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You can become a Historical Society member for $20 per year.
