State aid payments have been flowing on time for the Mercer County School District this school year, but categorical funds like transportation and special education continue to lag from the state. Unit 404 superintendent Scott Petrie provided an update to the school board this week.
Also this week, Mercer County High School Principal Stacey Day reported that the high school will host a district-wide Veterans Day program on Friday, November 9th for all students. It marks the first district-wide assembly for Unit 404.
