The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department first time participating in the National Drug Take Back initiative proved to be worthwhile. Sheriff Dave Staley says two different locations were used last Saturday—the Viola Fire Department and Joy Fire Department.
The Aledo Police Department collected 51-pounds of unused prescriptions at its location last Saturday.
