It was the 1980/81 school year when enrollment at Rockridge High School was 452. This year it’s down to 358. Districtwide this school year, Rockridge School District enrollment is down 51 students from last year, according to Superintendent Perry Miller.
Miller says some of the loss can be attributed to a big class graduating and a small class coming in.
The enrollment figures were presented to the Rockridge School Board last week.
Original story reported 686 students at Rockridge High School in 1980/81 but that figure included 234 Jr. High students. We apologize for the error.
