Three Burlington teens are being held on $250,000 bond facing residential burglary charges in Henderson County. The case involves an Oquawka residence, according to Henderson County Sheriff Steven Haynes. 19 year old Bryce J. Card and 18 year olds Jacob H. Harris and Ryan M. O’Neill were taken into custody late Monday night after a Henderson County Sheriff’s Department Investigator located them in a stopped vehicle in the middle of Illinois Route 94 in Biggsville. One of the individuals was in possession of a rifle when the investigator approached the car. The suspects were held at gunpoint until other officers arrived. Illinois State Police and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office provided assistance. O’Neill is also facing an armed violence charge.
