Hank & Schulte Head To International Livestock Judging Competition This Summer

livestock champsTwo local high school grads will be heading overseas this summer to represent the U.S.A. at an international livestock judging contest. Carson Hank of Aledo and Tyson Schulte of Milan are on the Illinois 4H Livestock Judging Team that won a national title last fall. They now get the chance to compete in Scotland, Great Britain and Ireland  in June and are raising funds for the trip through a waste oil collection this Saturday from 8-to-11 a.m. says J.D. Schulte, who served as their local 4H livestock judging coach.
Hank is a 2013 graduate of Mercer County High School and Schulte is a 2012 graduate of Sherrard High School.
