15 Mercer County area veterans head out on the latest Honor Flight of the Quad Cities this week. Among them is Mercer County VFW Post 1571 Commander Bill Brown, who spoke with WRMJ earlier this month.
Joining Brown on the Honor Flight is Roger McCreight, Gary Melton, Dale “Rip” VanWinkle, Alan Sedam, John Ohearn, Bill Spence, Don Peterson, Dennis Henderson, Bob Fetters, Bob McAlister, Jerry Stineman, Marshall Ayers, Greg Toohey and Dave Salmon.
